1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using tnetweather.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TNET Weather.
2. The service
TNET Weather provides independent Starlink connection forecasts and related research tools. Paying customers purchase prepaid forecast-analysis credits as a digital product delivered online — no physical goods are shipped. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
TNET Weather is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SpaceX or Starlink. Forecasts are independent estimates based on available atmospheric, orbital and network evidence. Actual performance may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the forecast queries, saved reports and speed-test results associated with your account. We do not claim intellectual property rights over that content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service. This licence ends when the data is deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
- Misrepresent TNET Weather as an official Starlink, SpaceX, or other third-party product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive behaviour.
7. Payments and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Creem handles:
- Payment processing and transaction security.
- Tax calculation, collection, and remittance (VAT, GST, sales tax) based on your location.
- Invoice generation and delivery.
"CREEM.IO* STORE" or another Creem descriptor may appear on your bank or card statement. We never see or store your full card details — all payment data is handled directly by Creem.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms of Service. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, Creem's Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law.
8. Pricing
The current prices for TNET Weather forecast packs are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices may change, but any change will not affect purchases already completed. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Creem based on your location.
9. Credits, validity and access
Paid forecast credits are granted after payment is confirmed. Each successful location/date report uses one credit. Reopening a saved report does not use another credit. Failed calculations do not consume a credit.
Credits remain available for the validity window shown at purchase (currently 60 days for the Analysis Pack and 90 days for the Business Pack) and then expire. Unused credits do not renew automatically. Limited free access may be available as described on the pricing page; unused free analyses do not accumulate.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, models and all related materials, is owned by TNET Weather and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions relating to content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Forecasts are independent estimates and are not a guarantee of Starlink availability, speed, latency, or service quality.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNET Weather and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your purchase.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNET Weather and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with active accounts. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
