If the forecast service fails before producing a report, the reserved credit is automatically returned. Daily free access is used before paid credits.

Is this a subscription?
No. Both options are prepaid, one-time analysis packs. There is no automatic renewal.
Why do credits expire?
The validity window keeps operational access tied to current forecast infrastructure and current scientific data.
Do unused free forecasts accumulate?
No. After the initial account trial, the daily free analysis resets and does not roll over.
When are paid credits added?
Credits are added only after TNET receives and verifies payment.
Who processes payment?
Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. "CREEM.IO* STORE" or another Creem descriptor may appear on your statement. See the terms of service.
Is there a refund policy?
